Double D Knitting and Glove Inc., was founded in 1997 as a woman owned, family operated, business. The company was developed as a specialty manufacturer of Spectra, Dyneema, Thermastat®, Thermax®, moisture management yarns, and Kevlar® Brand Fiber, gloves and sleeves.

Our corporate offices are located in Calabasas, California with manufacturing and warehouse locations in Mexico, Los Angeles, and North Carolina. Our company represents over 25 active, knowledgeable years in the glove industry.

Double D Knitting and Glove Inc. is a manufacturer of cut resistant gloves and sleeves specifically designed for the restaurant / food service and food processing industries, as well as gloves and sleeves for industrial applications and distribution.

Double D Knitting and Glove Inc. is a vertically integrated manufacturer of industry specific, “engineered yarn” Spectra® and Dyneema® gloves and sleeves. All Spectra® and Dyneema® cut resistant gloves and sleeves are manufactured in the USA in an ISO 9002 facility.

Our primary focus is to design and develop state of the art, cost effective, high quality hand protection. Our products offer the highest level of cut resistance and protection in light, medium, and heavyweight, wire and wire free, fabric cut resistant gloves. All Double D Knitting and Glove Inc. Spectra® and Dyneema® gloves are CE tested and certified. Additionally, these gloves are tested to the latest ANSI standards, and are exportable on a worldwide basis.

The use of DoubleGuard™ antimicrobial materials in our Spectra® and Dyneema® products, as well as newly designed and patented, “engineered yarns”, has allowed us to offer our customers highly cut resistant, comfortable, antimicrobial hand protection with superior fit, dexterity and touch sensitivity, at an affordable price.
